1. Booking & Payment
Review the following terms applicable to all reservations.
- All bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation.
- A deposit (or full payment, where applicable) is required to confirm your booking.
- Final payment must be completed by the due date specified on your invoice.
- Prices may change until full payment is received.
- Payment methods accepted will be outlined on your invoice.
2. Flights
The following terms apply to all flight reservations made through AD Travels.
- AD Travels acts solely as an agent for airlines. All flight bookings are governed by the airline's terms and conditions, including rules on baggage, check-in, and flight changes.
- Once airline tickets are issued, name changes are not permitted. Please ensure your name exactly matches your passport.
- Airlines may change flight schedules. AD Travels is not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, or missed connections caused by airlines.
3. Tour Packages
The following terms govern all tour package bookings with AD Travels.
- Details of tour inclusions (such as accommodation, transport, meals, and activities) will be clearly outlined in your itinerary.
- Any modifications after booking confirmation may incur additional fees or price adjustments.
- Certain tours may require a minimum number of participants. If a tour is cancelled due to insufficient numbers, we will offer a full refund or an alternative package.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
The following conditions apply to all cancellations and refund requests.
- Cancellation fees apply and vary depending on the service and proximity to the departure date.
- Refunds are subject to third-party supplier terms and may exclude non-refundable components (such as visa fees, airline penalties, and administrative costs).
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows or unused services.
5. Changes by AD Travels
While we make every effort to deliver services as booked, we may need to modify itineraries due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. weather, natural disasters, strikes, or government actions). If a significant change occurs, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide suitable alternatives of equal value.
6. Travel Documents & Insurance
You are responsible for ensuring you have valid passports, visas, and any necessary travel documentation. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, delays, and baggage loss.
7. Liability
AD Travels' liability is limited as set out below and excludes events beyond our control.
- AD Travels is not liable for injury, loss, damage, accident, or delay resulting from acts of God, government regulations, or actions of third-party service providers.
- We are not responsible for the conduct, negligence, or errors of airlines, hotels, or tour operators.
- Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question.
8. Health & Safety
You are responsible for understanding and meeting the health and vaccination requirements of your travel destination, including any COVID-19 regulations. Please inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions or special assistance requirements prior to booking.
9. Privacy Policy
AD Travels values your privacy. Your personal information will be collected solely for booking purposes and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as necessary to fulfill your booking.
