- Education counselling and student visa guidance

- PTE, NAATI, and general english training
- Referrals to associated services through trusted partners

- Any additional terms on specific service or course pages

You must not misuse our website for any unlawful purpose or submit false or misleading information.
3. Booking Appointments and Courses
When you submit your details via our booking forms for: Education or migration consultations, or PTE, NAATI, or English language courses, you acknowledge that:
- The information you provide is accurate, complete, and current
- Submitting a form does not guarantee a confirmed appointment or enrolment until we follow up with a confirmation via email, phone, or SMS
- We may request additional documents or details to process your request or provide suitable advice
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments or course sessions with prior notice due to staff availability or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Fees and Payments
Some of our services or courses may require payment. When applicable:
- You will be informed of any costs in advance
- Payments must be made by the method stated (e.g. bank transfer, card, or online payment gateway)
- Refunds are subject to our cancellation or refund policy (see below)
For consultation services that are free, you agree to use the appointment for genuine advisory needs only.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Consultations:
- You may cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment by contacting us.
- No-shows or last-minute cancellations may limit your ability to rebook in the future.
Courses (PTE/NAATI/English):
- Refunds may be available for cancellations made at least 3 business days before the course start date.
- After the course has commenced, no refund will be issued unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- In case of trainer unavailability or minimum class size not being met, we reserve the right to reschedule or offer a refund.
6. Accuracy of Information
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information on our website and during appointments, AD Consult does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or suitability of all information provided, especially where it relies on third-party institutions, immigration authorities, or testing bodies.
Final decisions regarding visa approvals or exam results are beyond our control.

All personal information collected via our website, forms, emails, or social platforms is handled according to our Privacy Policy. You consent to us using your data to contact you, provide services, and refer you to relevant third-party providers where necessary.
