AD Coins Policy

The AD Coins Policy outlines how users earn reward points, convert them into vouchers, and redeem discounts for eligible services, including applicable rules and expiration terms.

1. Introduction

AD Coins is a loyalty rewards program designed to reward users for completing services booked through the AD Express Services platform. Users earn AD Coins after successful service completion and may later redeem those coins by converting them into vouchers for discounts on future services.

This policy explains how AD Coins are earned, redeemed, verified, and managed.

2. What Are AD Coins?

AD Coins are reward points issued by AD Express Services to eligible users after the successful completion of services. AD Coins:

• Have no cash value
• Are non-transferable
• Can only be redeemed as vouchers for service discounts
• Cannot be automatically credited or redeemed without verification

3. How AD Coins Are Issued

AD Coins are not issued automatically.

3.1 Service Completion Requirement

• AD Coins are granted only after a service has been successfully completed.
• Cancelled, failed, or refunded services are not eligible.

3.2 Manual Issuance

• After service completion, AD staff will review and verify the booking.
• Once verified, the applicable AD Coins will be manually credited to the user's account.

AD Express Services reserve the right to delay or deny coin issuance if verification requirements are not met.

4. AD Coins Earning Structure

Notes:

• Points are awarded per completed booking.
• Promotional or bonus points may be governed by separate terms.

5. Minimum Points Requirement

• Users must accumulate a minimum of 75 AD Coins before they are eligible to redeem points.
• Redemption is not permitted below this threshold.

6. AD Coins to Voucher Conversion

AD Coins can be converted into discount vouchers based on the following rules:

6.1 Conversion Rate

• 15 AD Coins = A$1 voucher

6.2 Voucher Purchase Rules

• Minimum redemption: 75 AD Coins
• Vouchers can only be purchased in multiples of 15 AD Coins
• Examples: 75 points = A$5 voucher, 90 points = A$6 voucher, 150 points = A$10 voucher

Partial or fractional point redemption is not allowed.

7. Voucher Redemption Process (Manual Verification)

Voucher redemption is a manual process and requires staff verification.

Redemption Steps

• The user converts AD Coins into a voucher.
• A voucher code is generated and provided to the user.
• The user sends the voucher code to AD Express Services' staff via WhatsApp or another approved social platform.
• AD Express Services' staff verifies: Voucher validity, Voucher balance & Expiration status.
• Upon successful verification, AD staff applies the corresponding discount to the service.

Discounts are applied only after staff confirmation.

8. Voucher Usage Rules

• Vouchers can only be used for eligible services of AD Express.
• Vouchers cannot be: Exchanged for cash, Transferred to another user or Refunded once redeemed.
• AD Express Services reserve the right to limit voucher usage per service or per user.

9. Voucher Expiration

• All vouchers expire 90 days from the date of issuance.
• Expired vouchers are automatically invalid.
• No extensions, refunds, or replacements will be provided for expired vouchers.

10. AD Coins Expiration

• AD Coins do not expire unless stated otherwise under a specific promotion.
• Once converted into a voucher, the voucher expiration rules apply.

11. Misuse, Abuse, and Fraud

AD Express Services reserve the right to:

• Reject voucher redemption requests
• Revoke AD Coins or vouchers obtained through misuse or fraud
• Suspend or terminate user accounts for policy violations
• Correct balances in the event of system or administrative errors

12. Policy Changes

AD Express Services may modify or discontinue the AD Coins program at any time, including:

• Earning rules
• Redemption thresholds
• Conversion rates
• Expiration policies
